Online Orders

Ordering online is the easiest and quickest method we offer. Simply browse through our website and add items to your cart that you would like to purchase. Then move to the checkout area, enter all the required information, and your order will be placed.

You will be contacted by MOTO 911 to verify your order.

Prices

Prices of all merchandise do not include shipping or handling charges (unless otherwise noted). All prices are subject to change without notice. Free Shipping Offer applies to all orders over $100.00 US, regardless. Free shipping is to residential addresses within the continental United States ONLY! (Northern 48 States) Orders Shipped anywhere outside the continental United States are subject to additional shipping charges. California residents add 8.75% sales tax. All prices shown are in US currency. Shipping charges shown are approximate US shipping costs. Actual shipping charges may be less. International shipping charges will be quoted separately.

All orders must be prepaid before we can ship. We do not offer COD or Billing Service. We accept the following forms of payment:

International Orders

We do accept online orders from international customers, international orders must be submitted by phone or email. All international orders must be prepaid via wire transfer, bank draft, or PayPal.

Back-Order Policy
If an item is not in stock, we will hold a Back Order for you and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. If we experience a long delay, we will advise you of that fact. If you do not wish to wait for back ordered items, we will cancel the items you requested upon receiving instructions to do so.

Availability of Products
All items will be shipped according to availability. If items are not readily available, we will try our best to expedite all orders as quickly as possible. MOTO 911 will not be held responsible for long delays beyond our control.
